Warning Regarding Investment Solicitations Impersonating Capula or Our Officers/Employees
We have received reports regarding investment solicitations that appear to emanate from or be authorised by Capula and that impersonate our company or our officers / employees. Please note that the Capula Group has absolutely no involvement in, nor does it authorise, such solicitations.
Capula does not conduct business with retail investors (including individual customers), either in Japan or overseas. We do not solicit or accept investments from retail investors, request the opening of accounts, or ask individuals to transfer funds under any circumstances.
Furthermore, Capula does not conduct authorised business communications via personal email accounts or social media platforms.
Please be aware that any website displaying Capula branding but using a domain different from our official website (https://www.capulaglobal.com/) may be fake or otherwise illegitimate.
If you receive any such investment solicitation, please do not respond and do not comply with any requests for transfers or payments.
If you believe you may have been affected by such solicitations, please contact your nearest police station or the relevant financial regulator.

Capulaまたは当社役職員を装い、当社が関与または承認しているかのように見せかけた投資勧誘に関する報告を受けております。これらの投資勧誘等について、Capulaグループは一切関与しておらず、またいかなる形でも承認しておりません。
Capulaは、日本国内および海外を問わず、一般投資家の皆様（個人のお客様等）への勧誘もしくは取引は一切行っておらず、一般投資家の皆様に対して投資の勧誘を行うこと、口座開設を依頼すること、または資金の送金を求めることは、いかなる場合でもありません。
また、Capulaまたは当社役職員は、個人のメールアカウントやソーシャルメディアプラットフォームを通じて正式な業務連絡を行うことはありません。
当社のロゴや名称を使用していても、公式ウェブサイト（https://www.capulaglobal.com/）とは異なるドメインを使用しているウェブサイトは、偽サイトまたは不正なものである可能性がありますのでご注意ください。
このような投資勧誘を受けた場合は、決して応答せず、送金や支払いの要求には一切応じることのないよう、十分にご注意いただけますようお願い申し上げます。
もし、不審な投資勧誘等により被害に遭われてしまった場合等には、最寄りの警察署又は日本の金融庁の相談窓口等にご相談ください。
